Background: Crybaby dandy rich near royalty boy becomes samurai, fucks up because he can't handle it and leaves in disgrace, dies being a creeper and comes back as a ghost with self-esteem issues who wants to help a bloo bloo bloo
Personality: Blah blah blah spoiled rich asshole blah blah blah proud and petty blah blah blah massive crybaby blah blah blah cares about his little brother blah blah blah wants to be better now that he's dead blah blah blah surprisingly trusting
Wish: "This burden never should have fallen to Gaston. I wish that I had fulfilled my duty as a samurai."
Passive ability: Probably something along the lines that the more "honorable" Navarre acts, he gets some sort of buff. The less honorable he acts, the more debuffs he gets at go time.
Active ability: Similarly, Navarre can buff a group of 4-6 other people with him. These buffs are the same that he has active, meaning if he's debuffed his dumb ass debuffs the group.
Weapon: An infinite supply of rocks to throw. They'll get magical properties eventually but for now they're just a bunch of rocks. It's like in Apocalypse when he uses elemental stones. Get it? Aren't I so funny? It's just so fucking rich.
